OCIA: Becoming Catholic
The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA), formerly known as RCIA, is a process for individuals who are not Catholic but who feel called to become part of the Catholic Church.
This journey of faith allows participants to explore what the Church believes—and why we believe it—through prayer, reflection, and learning in a welcoming environment.
Schedule & Time Commitment
The OCIA process begins in mid-September and continues through the celebration of the Easter Vigil.
Sessions are held every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Requirements
Participation in OCIA is free of charge. If you are interested in becoming Catholic or in joining the OCIA team as a sponsor or catechist, please contact
Deacon David Yazdiya at
